drawing ellips in excel

hi,
i have a mathematical function (please see attachment for the function and graph).

I will specify sigmaB values and taoB.
sigma1 is the values for positive x axis
sigma 2 is the values for negative x acis
tao 12 is the values for +-y axis.

could you please tell me how I can put that equation into excel?
I would really appreciate your help.

?? You arrange for a single dependent variable as a function of multiple instances of the dependent variable.
