My CM (configuration manager) is wanting certain markings outside of the drawing boundary (between the edge of the paper and the boarder), is this allowed under ASME Y14.100-2017?

Where the zone markings go, or further outside that area?
We do put classification stamps outside the border in the zone area, and in some cases remove the zone marking.
On some drawings there is a supplemental drawing number block along the edge of the paper that is outside the border.
We also put the CAD system name that created the drawing under the titleblock outside the border.
I don't see anything in Y14.100-2004 that says you cannot put anything outside the border.
