0.00 dimension with tolerancing on a drawing allowed?

Hello Lovely Engineers,

Can anyone please confirm if it is OK to dimension in-line features with 0.0 plus minus tolerancing? GD&T is obviously better but is dimensioning 0.0 allowed per ASME standard?
