Difference between Condensing and Non-condensing boiler 1

Hi,

Is there a difference between the condensing and the non-condensing boiler as per ASME BPVC Section IV or any other section? Is there a restriction on the heating surface area on a non-condensing boiler? I looked up in the book but could not find anything.
