Designing a winch for lifting a fluid pipeline in a ship

Iam designing unloading arm for a ship. The lifting of pipe is done by using a winch and pulleys. iam seeking guidance for the same like calculating forces on the winch and rope strength. idle position for fixing the pulley and size of pulley, vibrations during the operation. i have shared the same of the model.
