Design wind speed in Venezuela

I need the design wind speed for the extreme storm condition in the Jusepin field in Monagas, Venezuela.

Hi. You may want to check with the building officials for the State of Monagas with offices in Maturin; also, you can check with the Universidad de Oriente, Nucleo de Monagas (located in Maturin) or the Faculty of the School of Civil Engineering of the same university located in Puerto La Cruz (Estado Anzoategui). Another avenue would be to call the "Colegio de Ingenieros" office of Monagas (in Maturin).
A simpler option would be to get on the internet and find a consulting engineering firm in that area (Maturin).
