dent in Flange face

I have got a piping flange 3" 150#, A 182 F 51, assembled in the skid piping. I could see a dent of 2 mm on the flagne face (not on raised face. Is there any tolerance available for maximum dent allowed as per ASME 31.3, ASME 16.5.
Could somebody suggest this tolerance please..

This limit is clearly stated in B16.5 dimensions section and the referenced table 3.
