Custom Electric Motor

I need a 1/4hp, 3 phase motor with a gear cut on the end of the shaft. It needs to be a C frame, preferably 48C or smaller as the device it will attach to is only 4 inches in diameter. I am not having any luck finding anything even close. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRIECIATED.

Thanks for the suggestions! I thanks jbartos is right, it will have to be a custom. I was going for the long shot for off the self.
