CSA Z245.1 Pipe CAT II is Low Temperature?

Our company pays our piping fabrication vendor per FDI (Factored Diameter Inches).

Commercial Terms Table shows if it's of low temperature such as A333, 1.1x is to be applied.
Our vendor insists CSA Pipe CAT II is of low temperature.

Can anyone clarify on this? I do need the correct reference.

Please advise.

The correct reference is CSA Z245.1. If you are procuring pipe based on this standard, you should have a copy.
