All kinds of companies make these things. All kinds of people are trying to re-make them into other things - like blast proof offices, houses, mini-hotels, you name it.
The construction quality is all over the board. I have a buddy - who is Mexican and working in Mexico and they HAD to make 20 a day....
He said lunches were about 5 minutes long and pee breaks ONLY when necessary.
