Copying A Feature

Hello,

My problem is that while i was drawing a DNA model, i was not able to copy a feature. I did copied the balls in DNA but, i could not do the same for bridge like feature. These feautes are both needed to be copied and rotated, but i cannot find the centers of spheres. I upploaded the picture of my model to rapidshare and i am giving the link below.

Can anyone suggest me a way to handle this problem?
