Concrete wall opening for concrete pipe

Hey,

We have a concrete pipe that will go through a cast in place wall, which way will have better constructibility, use the concrete pipe as a formwork or form an opening,install the pipe and grout the gap of around 2 inches? Thanks for your help.

Form the opening with gap. Then insert the pipe and seal the gap per pipe usage, and (sealant) manufacture recommendations.
