Concrete costs 1

I am working on preliminary cost opinion. Where can I find CY costs for concrete (foundations, conc on metal deck etc). Location=Chicago.

All structural obviously.

Slabs on ground? Multi-thickness, or one simple single slab?
Size of building?
Winter conditions and problems, or spring-summer-fall?
Access for the trucks, or will you need the pumpers as well?
How much concrete of each mix type? (One pour, many small foundations, one big slab, many levels of the floors or just 2 stories?)

Call a concrete supplier. In my opinion, RS Means unit costs are not always accurate.
