Charpy impact test of aluminum

I have fabricated a ASME Sec.8, Div.2, small aluminum vessel which will operate at -421F, 245 psi. Some time ago my AI told me I did not have to do a Charpy impact test of aluminum. Our AI has moved on and I have a new one who states I have to put the Code paragraph which exempts the aluminum on the vessel Manufacturer's Data Report.

Can someone point out the ASME Code (any section) which exempts aluminum from Charpy impact testing?
