Change pen mapping?

Is there any way to change the .ptn file so that Phantom lines are moved to pen 4 and centerlines to pen 5 so I can set their line weights and dash lengths without messing up the other entities on their old pens (2 & 3 by default)?

Right now my Phantom lines look just like my hidden lines.
And I can't adjust my centerlines without making all my text, leaders, and dimensions show up with dashes.
