change all text style from blockfont to the company standard.

In NX 8.5 or earlier this is really easy. Edit -> Style, press the "select all" option in the dialog that appears, press OK. In the annotation style dialog choose your desired font, press "apply to all lettering types" and press OK. Repeat for other drawing sheets if necessary.
The NX 9 "improved" dialogs inexcusably make this more difficult as you cannot select select different annotation types (such as a note and a dimension) and change the font on both of them simultaneously.
