Ha All,

I'd like to make an assembly of a chain. Using the pattern command.
Is there a way to make this happen with the chain rotation points being alligned?
In the corners the pattern should work like some kind of polygon for adjusting the distance.

Any solutions here?

So if I undernstand correctly there is nog pattern feature in the assembly environment to make it hapen to make a simple, widely used chain.....

I'm glad we have a lot of nice button pictograms in the new NX.....

that's why i'm using the most soficticated CAD programm......

(maybe i'm a bit melodramatic, but my opinion is that my yearly maintenance fee is invested in the wrong things...... !)

If the guy's at Siemens only would listen to its customers and look for good things in other CAD programs (chain pattern in Solidworks, clone component in Solid Edge, copy paste stuf in drawings, etc...........)
