Hi can anyone help me find some S-N curves for cast aluminium alloys.

Something with good strength and fatigue performance, i don't have specific alloy in mind.

i have the Fatigue Data Book - light structural alloys but there isn't much data on castings

A356 with T6 heat treatment (solution treat + artificial aging) is the standard high strength alloy for sand and permanent mold casting. Here are some links with data on fatigue properties including S-N curves:

The ability to predict crack growth for any casting starts with the QUALITY of the casting... A very high quality casting, regardless of alloy... IE: one/many that is/are made to rigorous standards [repeatedly] and has the appropriate NDI to validate each one [US, X-Ray, ECI, FPI, surface roughness, etc]... can have predictable strength/crack-growth properties. A junk/low-quality casting can never have predictable properties... except poor properties [very low statistical values].
