Can class F site mitigation with geopiers/stone columns be reverted...

to class D or E if mitigated with the above procedures. ASCE-7 dwells into all the details for the specific seismic site evaluation for class F sites but I cannot find information on what you actually do after that evaluation and decide to mitigate the site, could it be reverted to class D, say for the actual analysis of the structure?

If your post ground-improvement verification testing (and analysis) shows the site as Class D or E, then you would use that site class.
