I downloaded so many pdf files about calculation of uncertainty for tensile & hardness test.
but this methods are so complicated and have so many effective parametere.
Please shre with me a formula or Excel file for easy calculation of this type of uncertainties.

If it was easy you would see it done more often.
Hardness has issues beyond dealing with the test results, the test itself has huge variability issues due to various microstructures.
And have you ever tried to check alignment on a tensile machine?

I could hold forth for several hours on the pitfalls of hardness testing (and don't even start on portable).
