Need to create a 'sliding' (low friction) surface between a 30" HDG steel pipe and a concrete saddle pedestal, and between the HDG steel clamp that goes over top half of the pipe.

Need to preserve the HDG surfaces so I am looking to use Teflon/PTFE layers bonded to all surfaces, creating very low friction Teflon to Teflon interface all around the pipe.

But has anyone ever seen PTFE be bonded to HDG or concrete like this? Can't find much online to suggest that the former is an option.

Open to other suggestions for sliding pipe supports as well. Thanks.
