bolt manufacture stamp

Its anyone familiar with this markings. This bolts came label as 4.6 8.8 10.9

Not sure of the markings. 4.6, 8.8, and 10.9 are three different strength bolts.

No other marking found in the bolts. I have been searching for manufacture stamps, but no luck so far.

And most of them are label as 8.8

By the way this bolts came from india, but we found some american manufacturer stamps in other bolt that i did not upload pictures for

Grade 8.8 bolts are high strength structural bolts, 800 MPa tensile strength, 640 MPa yield strength. The markings on the head should identify the manufacturer.

Yeah i was thinking that if that is the manufacturer stamp there is no way to know if the bolts are 8.8 so they should not be use unless the bolts are mark as 8.8
Is that correct?

I can not find any manufacturer with the marking if you happen to know the markings please let me know

I would not allow the use of bolts with unknown markings. There have been a lot of substandard structural bolts from China in recent times. I don't know about India.

By googling, I did find out that ATUL is an Indian bolt company. No such luck with the VSS marking.
