bolt length

Can anyone suggest the exact bolt length needed to secure this wood? The bolt diameter is highlighted in yellow.

Depends on what is on the other side of the web. You might want to bear your ledgers on the bottom flange of the beam and make them thinner (i.e. 2x and some plywood spacer) to remove the shear load from the bolts.
