Body constraints/Rigid Links in ETABS????

Hello everyone, Is this feature (constraints/Rigid Links) available in ETABS or only in SAP2000? I cant find it anywhere.

I have used a steel rod with infinite stiffness in all directions but i was just wondering if it actually available as a feature.

It applies in SAp only.
