Does anyone know how can I try to produce stretch film with blown film extrusion? What raw material I need and maybe temperatures. Also, if this has cost efficiency comparing to the stretch film I buy. I would like to learn more about the process of blown stretch film but I don't know where to search. If anyone knows, it would be big help. Thanks

U need special machinery to produce stretch film. There are PE and PP special grades to produce this kind of products, materials grade of PP and PE with high Mw (molecular weight). U can find more information in a book like, 'Polymer Extrusion' by Rauwendall.
