How can I understand in FTIR whether the PE film has a UV stabilizer in its structure?

I'm sure every UV stabilizer has its own FTIR fingerprint, but identifying it among all the other fingerprints may be difficult. UV spectrometry would seem to be more appropriate. UV absorbers look black in UV.
