I work in ProE but I am apsolut beginer in mechanica analysis.Does somebody have some guide how to beginwith these analyses.I mean thermal , structural and motion.

Probably the easiest thing to do is to start off using the Help Center (from the Help drop down menu) and reading up on Simulation > Structural and Thermal Analysis. This is built into Pro Engineer (assuming you or your system administrator installed it with the software) so it won't cost you a thing.

you can find full of pro/mech tutorials by seaching google and just complete all of them. That's a perfect begining.
