Basic Case Harden Heat Treat Employee Training

Does anyone have good referance material that would demonstrate the basics of Carburizing case harden heat treating, quenching, microstructure, endothermic gas, etc?. I've got the task of putting together training aids for the shop floor employees and thought I would see if anyone had something already user friendly that I could tailor to my needs. Thanks.
