BALLOON TEXT HEIGHT SETTING

Hi everybody!
creating ASM start part dwg, I try to set height of number in balloon.
Yes, it is possible to do it manually balloon by balloon, but I would like to set it as default.
So I went to
menu/preferences/drafting/annotation/balloon
but there you can set jut the diameter of the balloon :-(
Has anybody solved yet?
Could you share it, please?

i am working in NX 9.

Preferences -> drafting -> common -> lettering -> text parameters -> height controls the default text size in an ID symbol.
