Relationship Values in Text Editor

It has been a year or two since I remember using it but in drafting, when adding a note to the drawing, there was an option to add a relationship value from the model to your text (depth of feature, for instance).
Looking for it this morning the only options I see are Import/Export, Insert Text from File, and Save Note As Text File.
Has it been replaced? Can you still access component expression values in the text editor?

I think you are on a NX version where S have replaced the old notes editor with a slightly newer one.
When you start "note label" , the entire top ribbon bar changes into specific for notes/labels.
the old options are there, the main difference is that the oldschool formatting such as : <I20>italic style<I> is now hidden. ( Still there but hidden)
