Axial transmission of high strength wall through a weaker slab to a column below

Hi all,

In a normal axial tranmission check, we would check the weaker strength floor for axial transmission i.e. design as a short column and a bearing check.
In the case that I am querying, the slab passes the short column check using enhanced concrete strength but does not pass the bearing check using the slab normal strength.
My question is can you use the enhanced concrete strength in the bearing check of slab?

Thank you in advance.

Not sure of the term "enhanced concrete strength", but when the slab is confined in accordance with the rules, I think both bearing and compressive strength increases apply.
