In general, oil is for high-speed applications; grease is for low-speed applications. Oil requires a higher speed to build up hydrodynamic pressures and float the journal. Grease is semi-solid and can support a slow-moving load due to shearing action in the lubricant.

OK, AND IF THE AXLES WORK WHITH TEMPERATURE -40ºDEG TO +40ºDEG ?
