Techlok vs Graylok hubs

Hi,
Does anyone know if Techlok and Graylok Hubs are the same piece piece of equipment albeit from a different manufacturer? are they interchangeable if they are the same size, can one style be used to replace the other?

Only as a pair.

The previous post still applies AFAIK.

In reality the two may work but as they are not made to an official standard then there may be subtle differences which cause it not to work properly.

Unless you can get this in writing from the vendors then you're out on a limb. I couldn't find anything which says you can use them interchangeably.
