If you mean ASME B31.3 (pressure piping code) see http://www.asme.org/products/codes---standards/process-piping-(6) From what I can see, 2010 is the latest. You can also read the first few pages of the code here: http://files.asme.org/Catalog/Codes/PrintBook/29950.pdf on page 3, the following appears (bold lettering added by me): "The next edition of this Code is scheduled for publication in 2012. This Code will become effective 6 months after the Date of Issuance. There will be no addenda issued to this edition. Upvote 0 Downvote
