Assembly constraints question

Using NX 7.5.

Today, I was constraining some new components to a fully constrained large assembly. Because of the size of the assembly, I just opened the components in the area of concern. When I created the constraints for the new components the other components moved as if they were unconstrained. When I opened the rest of the assembly everything moved back to the correct position. Is there anyway to prevent this?....Thanks

You may need to turn 'Partial Loading' OFF to keep this from happening.
