We are building a pressure vessel for Canada and we are waiting for the the Canadian Registration Number CRN and related approvals.

In the ASME nameplate we have to stamp also the CRN or not?

Many thanks in advance

AMinati

Its a province required, not ASME, ask the Canadians.
On my Vessels or Boilers I always include the CRN on my NP's

I'd plan on doing it

Regards,

Mike

Yes it is required. See CSA B51 Part 1, paragraph 5.1.
