units mismatch

13-7 paragraph for example.
Equation (1) unit of Sm = [P]*[h]/[t1]=psi*in/in=psi
Equation (3) unit of (Sb)N =([P][c]/[I1])[H^2]=(psi*in/in^4)*in^2=psi/in
as it is a stress it shall be in psi.
so what is wrong?

The second moment of area is per unit width. Refer to 13-4(k).
