Are ASME nameplates required to be visible at all times 1

I have a client that has some pressure vessels that have been insulated and the nameplate is not visible. He has some U-1 forms but we cannot match them with the vessels since we cannot see the nameplates. References to codes would be helpful.

Required nameplates shall be located in a conspicuous place on the vessel.

UG-119(f) also allows a "duplicate" nameplate to be installed on the jacket or other type of permanent attachement to the vessel.
