Applicable road / bridge construction standards / codes in Canada?

Is there anybody who is familiar with the road / bridge construction in Canada? What are these applicable codes / standards? Can I use National Building Code? Thank you in advance for your help.

You might start with "S6-14 - Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code"... then requirements for concrete, steel, and NBCC.
