API5LX52 equivalent material

I am not sure but I think "ASTM A 139 Grade E" has same SMYS and SMTS of API 5L X52:
SMYS = 52kpsi
SMTS = 60kpsi
SMYS = 52kpsi
SMTS = 60kpsi
