Hi all,

I am attempting to identify the equipment that was used at a job site for a construction vibration analysis. I believe I have a photograph of one of the vibratory roller units in operation. Is anyone familiar with the make/model? (jpg attached) There was also a dynapac pneumatic roller used at the site.

Thanks in advance.

Just a guess: Wacker roller?
Couldn't you take a look to the engine, chassis plate, etc?

If your pic was from the side view.....the name and model no. are most often labeled on this side. The vib. stl. wheel roller shown is generally used on new ACP surfaces for compaction behind the laydown paving screed.

Have you tried asking the operator while on coffee break?

thanks all. i experienced a bit of serendipity...i was driving by a construction site yesterday and saw a BOMAG BW 141AD that was very similar. I don't know that the model and specs are identical but it is not looking like it will be necessary to look into it further.

You could call Northwaest Paving, Ltd at 780/468-4144 and ask them to look at the picture and tell you what piece it is. It does look like a bomag roller.
