ansys apdl vs ansys workbench vs abaqus in fracture mechanics ???

i want to find k and j by finite element method. to do that which one is better ansys apdl or ansys workbench or abaqus ??
please mention merits and demerits in each software in the view of fracture mechanics, because I need that information also for my document.
