Hi,

How would you create, in this file, the angular dimension with the Vertical?
(In the second view, I used a manual created vertical line for this dimension):

Is it possible to create a vertical dimension in a way, other than created a line?

(I also attached the related CAD files available for download)

Thanks!

I don't think so. You need a vertical reference to create the angle against.
Consider the design intent here, in this example. Is that angle meant to be related to vertical...in some orientation?
The angle against vertical does not relate to anything real on the feature. "Vertical" as a concept is calculated from the sketch orientation, not from the actual geometry of the sketch. Hence the behavior of needing a real reference to measure against, even if it is a construction line.
