Anybody know what length corresponds to an "H+1" marking on an anchor bolt head installed in the US?

I googled it and did not see anything.

Any estimate of the age? Or year/decade put in service?

I'm assuming they are post-installed, but I don't know for sure. They are holding down the base plate of a small jib crane. We are attempting to load rate the crane but I couldn't find any information on that specific marking to determine the length. The client is the 8th owner of this particular plant, so they aren't even sure of the age. My guess best is 1980's-1990's.

Thank you Wallache! I checked with Powers and they said it could possibly be a Powers SD1, so I am relatively confident that's what it is.
