Analysis of a viscoplastic solder material.

I am simulating a solder joint for an electronic package by subjecting it to a thermocyclic load. my model is ready and as i enter the solve code in the window, it gives me the following error.

LSSOLVE looping is stopped because solution is unconvergent and NCNV,1
set.

can anyone guide me as to what i can change?
