Amplifiers in Matlab or Simulink 1

Hi,

Can anyone guide me to sources or just help here about building/designing RF amplifiers (mainly class A and B) in matlab or/and simulink?

I'm not sure if those tools meet your need. If you want to be able to play with layout parameters and such you'll need a proper simulation and layout tool environment.
