I am looking for a North American equivalent alloy steel to European standard 35B2 EN 10269.

10B35 according to SAE J403 is the equivalent North American steel grade. DIN EN 10269 is similar to ASTM A 320 in terms of overall content, but ASTM A 320 does not include grade 10B35/35B2.
