Air Washer Operation 2

I am a system integrator with experience in PLC controls. I have a basic understanding of air washers and their sensors, but I don't know what PID loops are needed or what feedback is used to control the elements. For example, what is monitored to control the temperature of the chilled water being sprayed and what sets the setpoint.

Any replies would be appreciated.
