ADINA dynamic analysis

Is anyone familiar with ADINA dynamic analysis? I'm getting output files of 2 GB...I'm looking for a way of reducing them. Is there the possibility of saving element results just for selected elements?

I would expect very big files if you are doing transient analysis with a lot of time steps. There are a few options for reducing volume of results under Control>Porthole>Volume,Results at nodes,Time Steps etc.
