Anybody have temperature knockdown curves I can use for NAS1097AD rivets installed in a high temperature environment (450+ degrees F)?

Previous data where I'm at right now suggest they were only looking at the skin bearing strength.

Thanks in advance,

Joe

Try:
Mil-Hdbk-5 (AR-MMPDS-01) Figure 3.2.3.1.2(b)

You won't be too far off...

If they don't buy that argument, can you test coupons while simulating that environment?

not much data out there on 2117T4; maybe someone has an old MIL-HDBK-5 that has this data. looking at 5J for 2014T6, for 10,000 hrs exposure it looks like Fty falls to 10% and Ftu to 40% (of the room temperature values).
